At Great and Small, we prioritize the safety and comfort of both pets and their people. That’s why all new clients begin with an in-home meet and greet before scheduling their first service.

Either Alex, Owner & Operator of Great and Small, or Dakota, Great and Small’s Care Coordinator, will attend the meet and greet along with your assigned pet sitter . This visit gives your sitter a chance to get to know your pet(s) and become familiar with your home setup. It’s also an opportunity for us to walk you through our services, explain our processes, and establish shared expectations for your pet’s care. We’ll also take time to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
At the end of the visit, we’ll collect a $50 deposit, which will be applied toward your first scheduled service. We’re excited to meet you and your beloved pets!
